REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy for Kavanooga


Eligibility:

  • Products must be purchased directly from kavanooga.com or an authorized retailer.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process:

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to our error.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.

Refund:

  • After verifying eligibility, refunds will be processed within 14 Days.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

Exclusions:

  • Gift cards, digital products, customized/personalized items, used/damaged/altered products not eligible for return.
